SHAKESPEARE’S HISTORIES

During January and February The Royal Shakespeare Theatre (RST) is staging various combinations of

  • Richard II
  • Henry IV Part I
  • Henry IV Part II
  • Henry V
  • Henry VI Part I
  • Henry VI Part II
  • Henry VI Part III
  • Richard III

In March "The Histories" reaches its glorious climax as all eight of Shakespeare’s History Plays are staged in a marathon 4-day staging. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to experience the Bard’s compelling account of a nation in turmoil from start to finish. As ticket sales will be fast and furious, if you think you might be interested, the sooner you let me know the better. Your deposit will

- Guarantee the same seats for each performance
- Give you four free programs, eight free interval drinks and a free Sunday Brunch prior to the final Performance

Also included will be a Question and Answer session with RSC Artistic Director Michael Boyd and an exclusive post show reception at the Courtyard Theatre on Sunday 16 March.

March 3 to 11, 2008
2 nights in London (to adjust to GMT), 4 nights in Stratford, 1 night in London
The performances are as follows:

6 March - Henry VI Part 1

7 March - Henry VI Part 2 (10:30am), Henry VI Part 3 (3pm) and Richard III (7:30pm)
8 March - Richard II (10.30am), Henry IV Part 1 (3pm), finishing with Henry IV Part 2 at 7:30pm
9 March - After sleeping in late and brunch, Henry V (3pm)

SHAKESPEARE’S HISTORY PLAYS - PART THREE

March 10 to 18, 2008
2 nights London, 4 nights Stratford, 1 night London
The performances are as follows:
13 March - Richard II (7:30pm)
14 March - Henry IV Part 1 (10:30am), Henry IV Part 2 (3pm) and Henry V (7:30pm)
15 March - Henry VI Part 1 (10:30am), Henry VI Part 2 (3:30pm) and Henry VI Part 3 (7:30pm)
16 March - After a late start to the day and brunch, the final performance will be Richard III at 3pm.

Although the Courtyard Theatre seats 1000, these tickets will go quite quickly, especially the best ones.
